Using Ratatoskr
Ratatoskr is provided by Tigerclaw Technologies, LLC for authorized users to organize metadata from their own permitted email accounts. You may use Ratatoskr only with accounts you are authorized to access and in accordance with applicable employer, Google Workspace administrator, Google, and Chrome policies.
Account authorization
You control which accounts are connected. Ratatoskr cannot override a Workspace administrator's restrictions or Google's authorization requirements. You are responsible for protecting access to your Mac, Chrome profiles, and Google accounts.
Privacy and Google services
Ratatoskr's handling of Google user data is described in the Ratatoskr Privacy Policy. Google services remain governed by Google's own terms and policies.
Private-preview availability
Ratatoskr is a private product under active development. Features may change, and Google or Workspace administrators may interrupt or revoke access. Tigerclaw will use reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Acceptable use
You may not use Ratatoskr to access another person's account without permission, bypass account or administrator security controls, violate law, distribute malware, or interfere with Google services.
Ending use
You may stop using Ratatoskr at any time, disconnect accounts in the application, revoke access through your Google Account, and remove the application's locally cached data.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Ratatoskr is provided “as is” during the private preview, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Tigerclaw is not responsible for account access changed or blocked by Google, a Workspace administrator, Chrome policy, or another service outside Tigerclaw's control.
